Why is there a membership for Wrigley Mansion?

First and foremost, The Wrigley Mansion has been in the central Phoenix area since the late 1920's as it proudly sits atop a gorgeous hill looking over the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. DUE to our location, we are under the rules and regulations of the Arizona Biltmore homeowners association. (This is where it gets fun!) There were restrictions and regulations imposed on the Wrigley Mansion back when Western Savings owned the property, and we must abide by those regulations today. These specific by-laws require our property to operate as a 'private club'. This 'private club' label has been an ongoing battle that The Wrigley Mansion deals with every day. The ambiguity about the 'membership' is difficult at times because it keeps people guessing? On a daily basis we get numerous inquiries about whether or not they MUST be a member of The Wrigley Mansion to come for a tour, Sunday Brunch, host a private event, have cocktails in Geordie's Lounge, etc? What is the answer to all these questions you ask? Here goes…

Since the Wrigley Mansion Club is zoned as a “Private Club” we offer the following tiers of membership.  Listed below are four tiers of memberships and what they include:

Trial Membership
Price - $3.00 per household
Valid for (1) month
Benefits include: 

Dining at The Wrigley Mansion Club for: lunch, dinner, brunch, happy hour, Fireside Sundays.  This is also necessary for taking a tour or tour/lunch combination.

All monies to be applied towards the purchase of a social membership, or wine membership!  This is the perfect membership if you are visiting from out of town and do not visit us often.

Social Membership
Price - $10.00 per household
Valid for (1) year
Benefits include:
Complimentary valet parking for card holder

Member events

Dining at The Wrigley Mansion Club for: lunch, dinner, brunch, happy hour, Fireside Sundays

Wine Membership
Price - $50.00 per household
Valid for (1) year
Benefits include:
Complimentary valet parking for card holder only

Discount on gift shop items

Special wine prices

Not combined with any other offers

Member only events (guest speakers, visiting musicians, poet laureates, authors, classes).

Corporate Membership
Price - $150.00 (only one person within the Corporation need apply)
Valid for (1) year
Benefits include:
Complimentary valet parking for card holder only (for dinner only in Geordie’s restaurant)

Includes wine membership in dining room only

Discount on gift shop items (with advanced notice for purchase)

Member Only Events

Discount on food/beverage minimum

Guest speakers, visiting musicians, poet laureates, authors, classes.

Dining at The Wrigley Mansion Club for: lunch, dinner, brunch, happy hour, Fireside Sundays.

*All membership monies to be applied towards the purchase of a higher tier membership if you choose to upgrade your membership!
