Due to zoning restrictions, the mansion must maintain a private club status, but with dues at only $10 per year (fully donated to charity) most all people can enjoy its wonder.

Our late owner Geordie Hormel and his wife Jamie Hormel purchased the mansion in 1992 with a goal that it would always be a place where anyone can be a guest and enjoy one of the premiere landmarks of Phoenix.
